Eating it sets Kris's HP to 19, effectively dealing 1 damage. It can be given to Alphys, returned to Sans (with a $5 refund), eaten with Susie, or eaten alone. The box has " Get Well Soon" with Undyne's scrawl and a note explicitly for Kris. When the Wet-Nose Bandits escape, Undyne asks Kris if they can give it to Alphys, as she noticed the broken bike. This item can only be obtained if Kris attempts to warn her about the Library's Dark World. The Box of Heart Candy is a consumable item from Undyne in Chapter 2.
